I’ve made this a few times and love it! The only thing that I change, is that I use Montreal chicken seasoning instead of taco seasoning. It’s delicious!

This was really great! Easy too. I had some broccoli in the fridge so threw that in as well. Plus a couple cloves of garlic, some hot sauce (didn’t have taco mix), and finished with a little butter and a squeeze of lemon! This will be a go to for sure!
