Cinnamon-Spiced Pancakes

These cinnamon-spiced pancakes taste like Christmas morning!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Sift flour into large bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients (sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt), and mix until combined.
  • Add butter, vanilla and milk. Slowly mix in the beaten egg until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  • Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto nonstick griddle or pan. Flip the pancake when the top gets bubbly. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Serve with maple syrup.
