Cinnamon-Spiced Pancakes

all-purpose flour

sugar

baking soda

ground cinnamon
1/2
tsp
nutmeg
1/2
tsp
salt

tbsp
butter
melted
1
egg
beaten
1 1/4
cups
milk
1
tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Sift flour into large bowl.
Add dry ingredients (sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt), and mix until combined.
Add butter, vanilla and milk. Slowly mix in the beaten egg until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto nonstick griddle or pan. Flip the pancake when the top gets bubbly. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve with maple syrup.
