Ingredients

red potatoes
1/4
c.
olive oil

tsp.
dried rosemary
1
tsp.
dried thyme
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and cube (or quarter) the potatoes, and place them in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, rosemary and thyme, and toss potatoes until coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
