Whip up these irresistible Philly Cheesesteak sliders in just 40 minutes and score big at your next gathering—tender beef, melty cheese, and a hint of herbs pack each bite with loads of flavor!
2tbspminced garlicdivided in two (1 tbsp + 1 tbsp)
1tbspItalian seasoning
½cupbuttermelted
salt and pepperto taste
1tbspolive oil
Instructions
Add olive oil, sliced onions, and sliced peppers to a sauté pan. Toss to combine and cook over medium heat until soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
Add shaved beef, 1 tablespoon of the minced garlic, beef broth, salt, and pepper to a large sauté pan. Cook over medium heat until the meat is cooked to medium. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in a small bowl.
Slice the slider buns or Hawaiian rolls, if needed.
Place the bottom of the slider buns on a baking tray or dish. Set aside the tops of the buns for now.
Add the shaved beef to the bottom buns. Top with the pepper and onion mix followed by the provolone cheese slices.
Add the tops of the slider buns, and brush them with the butter and herb mixture.
Place the Philly cheesesteak sliders in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
