Quick Low Carb Meal for a Busy Night

Stumped on what to fix for dinner but want to stick to your diet? This simple, yummy meal takes only 20 minutes to make.

Brown 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet and drain. Add the ground beef back to the skillet.

Add frozen cauliflower florets OR riced cauliflower to the pan along with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook and stir until the cauliflower is tender and heated through. If you're working with frozen cauliflower, make sure the liquid is cooked off, too.

Top the cooked ground beef and cauliflower with shredded cheddar cheese, and your meal is ready to serve!
