Materials for This Valentine’s Day Koala Craft
- Colored craft paper (construction paper, printer paper, or cardstock)

How to Make a Paper Koala for Valentine’s Day
Step 1: Grab the printable koala template.
Step 2: Print and cut out the template patterns. Select craft papers for the koala papercraft. Trace the body, head, and outer ear patterns on gray paper. Trace the inner ear pattern on pink paper and the nose on black paper.
Step 3: Glue the eyes and the nose on the head pattern of the paper koala.
Step 4: Glue the pink inner ear in the middle of the gray outer ear patterns.
Step 5: Attach the ears to the head on both sides at the top of the head.
Step 6: Attach the head on the top side of the body pattern by overlapping about a centimeter or two. Use a pink highlighter pen to add 2 blush shades on both cheeks, and use a black pen or sharpie to trace a smile.
Step 7: Trace and cut out a strip from brown paper and leaf shapes from green paper.
Step 8: Glue the paper leaf cutouts to the brown strip of paper. Glue the koala with the brown strip, which is eucalyptus.
