Low Carb Chicken and Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Cheesy Low Carb Chicken and Broccoli Bake
Ingredients
- 2 C. cooked diced chicken I typically use leftover baked chicken OR rotisserie chicken
- 1 C. steamed broccoli florets
- 4 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1/4 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the chicken, broccoli florets, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder and salt & pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
