Juice Pouch Reindeer Kids Craft

How to Make Reindeer Juice Pouches

Step 1: Remove the straws

Remove the straws from the back of each juice pouch. Don’t worry; we’ll tape them back on in the next step!

Step 2: Cover each pouch with brown paper

Cut the brown construction paper to the length needed to cover each juice pouch. Wrap the paper around the juice pouch and secure it with glue or tape. Tape the straw to the back of the juice pouch on top of the paper.

Step 3: Add the eyes and nose

Glue a pair of googly eyes to the front of the juice pouch. Add a red pom-pom nose to the center.

Step 4: Make the pipe cleaner reindeer antlers

To make the antlers, cut one brown pipe cleaner in half and bend it to form a V. Cut another pipe cleaner into four equal sections, and wrap each end of the V with a section of the pipe cleaner.

Step 5: Attach the antlers

Attach the antlers to the back of the reindeer juice pouch using glue or tape.

  • Juice pouches
  • Brown construction paper
  • Googly eyes
  • Red pom poms
  • Brown pipe cleaners
  • Tape or glue

Tools

  • Scissors
  • Ruler

Instructions

    1. Remove the straws from the back of each juice pouch.
    2. Cut the brown construction paper to cover each juice pouch. Wrap the paper around the juice pouch and secure it with glue or tape. Tape the straw to the back of the pouch on top of the paper.
    3. Glue a pair of eyes to the front of the juice pouch and a red pom pom nose.
    4. To make the antlers, cut one pipe cleaner in half and bend it in half to form a V. Cut another pipe cleaner into four equal pieces and wrap each end of the V with a small pipe cleaner.
    5. Attach the antlers to the back of the juice pouch behind the brown paper using glue or tape.
