This creamsicle slushie is the perfect summer drink! It’s fruity, creamy and really hits the spot when you’re craving something cold.
I love the combination of oranges and cream. As a kid, Creamsicles were my absolute favorite Popsicle. Vanilla on the inside, orange on the outside… What’s not to like? Since I didn’t have any on hand, I decided to recreate those flavors in this super simple slushie recipe. And now I’m going to share it with you!
By the way, if you don’t have oranges on hand, it tastes pretty much the same without them. I like the pulp from the oranges, but if you don’t, skip them. Still tasty!

- Pour into chilled glasses, and garnish with an orange slice.
- Enjoy!
And my son wanted me to take a picture of him with his slushie, too. Any time the camera is out lately, he wants in on it. He loves watching himself in videos or looking at his own pictures. Total ham!
As it turns out, he didn’t care much for the slushie because I used the last orange to make it, and that upset him. Ooops. More slushie goodness for Mom, though, amirite?

This sounds like the Orange Julius copycat recipe my friend Myranda makes. It’s delicious and so refreshing!

Such a little cutie. I bet he loved his cherry slushie! Creamsicle slushes bring back so many memories. I can practically smell and taste it already. I have all the ingredients and can’t wait to make it this coming weekend. It’s supposed to be nice and hot – perfect slushie weather!
This sounds delicious and would be a great way to cool down on a hot day. I never thought of this combination before, the cherry slushie sounds amazing as well.
That looks amazing! I used to love the taste of creamsicles!
What a great option for a refreshing treat on a hot day. My boys love creamsicles, so we’ll have to try this in our house.
What a cutie! It seems all kids go through that phase 🙂 These sound so delicious, I’m a huge creamsicle fan! I’ll have to try these!
Thank you, Cristina. Me, too. I’ve loved creamsicles since I was a kid.
Sounds like a wonderfully yummy slushie! I like how you used some real fruit too. 🙂 I hope you can stop on by and share this or any other recipe with us on Five Friday Finds!
