This zesty meatloaf has all the delicious flavors of your favorite comfort food with a surprising kick. It’s sure to be a hit with your family!
Meatloaf is my husband’s favorite comfort food. It was his idea to make this, actually, when we were asked to create another yummy recipe for Manwich. Out of the three flavors — Original, Bold, and Thick & Chunky, the Thick & Chunky is by far our favorite. And because Manwich is a meatless sauce, you can add it to pasta or veggie dishes with no problem. Read more about their products here.
And if you’re not sure what to serve on the side, I have some recommendations for you. Our Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes are divine, and you can’t beat homemade Creamy Crock Pot Mac & Cheese when you’re craving comfort food. Our roasted baby carrots go great with this meal, too!
Manwich Monday is a great way to kick off the week with tasty meals that you can have on the dinner table in no time flat. I know what you’re thinking… meatloaf is hard! But this one totally isn’t. You just chuck everything into a bowl, mix it, put it in your loaf pan, and let the oven do the work. Seriously easy stuff, folks.
Here’s the meatloaf all by itself… Okay, after my husband and son took half of it. They just couldn’t wait! Doesn’t it look scrumptious? Thick, hearty and zesty… We’ll be one of our staple Manwich Monday Recipes because it’s so easy.
Want the recipe? Here it is. It’s super easy!

I used 1 pound of hamburger and 1 pound of sausage mixed together in the recipe and it was amazing

Recipe is from the can of manwich. I make it often. The only way I claim a recipe is if I change the original, ya know, copyright and stuff.

I literally have 3 cans of Manwich in my cupboards right now โ 3 different flavors โ and this recipe isn't on the back of any of them. Also, this recipe was published in September 2015 โ seven and a half years ago. I don't recall seeing any other Manwich meatloaf at the time, but meatloaf recipes are pretty basic when you look at them, usually with minor variations on the sauce and/or what gets combined with the meat. Also, as you can clearly see, this was a sponsored post for the Manwich brand, so if there were any conflicts, the brand would have surely let me know... 7 1/2 years ago or in the meanwhile since.

So glad it turned out for you! My husband asked for this again recently. If you like the tang of Manwich, it's definitely a winner.

I have one in the oven now. I made one years ago when Manwich had the recipe on the inside of the label, but had been unable to find one until today. Harris Teeter had a special on Manwich for $0.88 a can...what a deal; so, I bought several cans. Looking forward to making more Manwich recipes. Many thanks!!!

Absolutely delicious meatloaf, and very easy. I put 1 TBSP of the brown sugar in with the meat mixture, turned out yummy!

Thanks for the feedback, Andrea! I bet the brown sugar is yummy and sweetens up the tangy-ness a bit. :)
